Imagine what we will accomplish together!
These bags are made from beautiful hand-crafted fabric made by women in Guatemala and 25% of the proceeds will be going to support Dare For More!
A Note from Our Founder:
There have been so many women who have stood by me, walked with me and cheered me on during this thirteen year journey of New Hope Girls. There are so many in the trenches alongside us and with the Sisterhood collection we honor some of those spectacular women.

Meet
Tonya
"I tease that I want to be like Tonya when I grow up. She embodies the fruit of the spirit. All of them! Her friendship has been like a healing balm to all of us at New Hope Girls and while she is an ocean away, she is connected like only a sister can be. Tonya was our first distribution center, has organized over 10 camps, has invited her entire circle of support to walk and serve with us and is persistent in loving even when it seems there is no hope. She doesn’t ask why? She asks How? How Lord, will you use this for our good and your kingdom? She takes on the world “cool as a cucumber” and is so creative in service! " - Joy Reyes
Meet
Kelly
"I can imagine that it would be hard to count how many women count Kelly as their closest friend! She is the giver of wise counsel bathed in prayer that can come in tiny moments and sound bites so you never forget. She is the one who encouraged New Hope to approach the throne with boldness reminding us that we are doing holy work on holy ground. She called me to be a lioness, and was willing to walk in the mud with us toward all that God was calling us to helping us leave the old behind as we step into the new. That’s how Kelly loves. That’s how God loves!" - Joy Reyes
Meet
Wanda
Wanda is the epitome of a warrior. She lays her life down to serve and bless others! Not only does she lead our workshop, and have a heart for women with hard stories, but she oversees our weekly community outreach.
Caitlyn, our Head of Social Enterprise shared, "Wanda inspires me with the way she lays it all down to see just one more girl rescued and just one more woman brought into refuge. I am so honored to call her a sister and as she shines bright, she encourages me to do the same."
Meet
MairU
"MairU began her walk with New Hope Girls on it’s first birthday- twelve years ago. She was filled with awe, wonder and curiosity. She was God asking what was hers to do? Our extreme needs for provision were obvious but when she asked how she could help- God shut my mouth. I am so glad He did! Mariu is tia, sister, friend and her voice has been imperative to the growth of New Hope Girls. She loves Big and expects big things from all of us making sure we are always above reproach while sacrificially serving, guiding and leading us into More." - Joy Reyes
Meet
Reba
"I will never forget the first time I met Reba. She came as part to speak to the girls and mothers in our little house on the hill and even though she spoke through a translator they hanged on her every word. Later she shared that God had impressed on her the night before that she should prepare and speak as if standing before kings and presidents. God was declaring identify and making sure those who served were in alignment with HIs truth about these precious girls. Reba got it! As she and her team walked down the rocky path to their bus I wanted to wrap my arms and legs around her and beg her not to go. I knew that day was the beginning. I knew she was a fellow warrior and I sensed the story of Dare For More and New Hope Girls would have eternal impact as we challenged the women and girls in our midst to Dare for More because they were Created for More." - Joy Reyes
Meet
Helina
"Helina has been a motivating force behind New Hope Girls since before it was born 13 years ago. She sparked conversations about how Dreaming for the girls we serve should really look like. Like serving our daughters! She is the litmus test for so much of what we do and to watch her invest and use her education and gifts for New Hope is a dream come true. This is legacy and she knows first hand how this trail was blazed, with tears and pain and sacrifice and yet she has chosen to walk with us on it. " - Joy Reyes
Meet
Caitlyn
"Caitlyn- Caitlyn fell hard and fast in love with the work of New Hope Girls and has offered her life to it’s service. She is a fierce advocate for the women in the workshop propelling sales so we can empower even more women, impacting even more families and the communities they are a part of. She has been creative in finding ways to be a voice for the women and girls of New Hope Girls and she Loves Big in all she does regardless of how far away she is." - Joy Reyes
Meet
Maria Jose
"Maria Jose has served in orphan care for many years and the call on her life is clear. She is ready to drop everything and jump into action. She is so capable and fierce and attracts talent. I am so excited to watch her humbly step into the work of blazing a trail in Guatemala serving women and their children with trauma informed aftercare as they begin their healing journeys." - Joy Reyes
Meet
Ada
"Ada, our head of residential and therapeutic programs. Often you hear the phrase "to know her is to love her" and that is absolutely true about our sweet Ada. She is smiles, joy and fun but also slides into tears when the tough stuff emerges. She never tires of enthusiastically celebrating birthdays (and we celebrate A LOT) and she refuses to let the darkness dim her shine. We love her Big and she is so good at loving our girls Big!" - Caitlyn Scaggs
